About Us

Just two Veterans who like to look good and help others look good

We are more than a Medical Spa; we are a family dedicated to helping others and helping them feel their best.

Our Story

Pearl Aesthetics was originally started in Clarksville, Tennessee, after a friend of the Chandlers introduced them to the business side of aesthetics. They had always talked about one day becoming certified to be able to administer Botox, and then the opportunity had fallen into place. After looking for a place to call home, Pearl Aesthetics landed in CrossFit Sango, which paired their love of fitness and aesthetics with the strong community found in the gym. There, Ashleigh found that she was able to connect with the athletes and understand not only their fitness journey but how aesthetics would fit into their lifestyle and goals. At this location, Ashleigh was able to pay her training forward and train Cortney Z., RN, who then went on to establish Sango Aesthetics.

After finding a forever job in Springfield, MA, the Chandler's relocated to MA in 2022 and decided to bring Pearl Aesthetics with them. Fortunate to have found Melissa Sharkevich and the wonderful women of Mane @ Co. Hair Lounge, Pearl Aesthetics found its new home in Glastonbury Center and is happy to work as a sister company alongside Mane & Co.

Meet The Team

Ashleigh Chandler, MPH, RN-BSN, is the owner and lead injector of Pearl Aesthetics. Ashleigh graduated from the University of Saint Joseph in 2010 and entered the United States Army upon graduating. As an ER/Trauma nurse, she had duty assignments all over the world, including Hawaii, South Korea, Texas, Iraq, and Kuwait. She was honorably discharged in 2017 where she continued serving as a military spouse and moved with her husband to California and then Tennessee. In California, Ashleigh worked on a helicopter as flight nurse in the high desert.

Ashleigh received her injection certification from Aesthetic Medical Injectors Training (AMET) and then found the opportunity to open her own business soon after. In  Tennessee, Ashleigh was able to operate out of the back of a CrossFit gym, merging her love for fitness and aesthetics. She enjoys meeting with first time clients and showing them what the world of aesthetics has to offer.

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her husband and her three kids, a teenager, a preschooler, and a toddler.
