Appointment Policy

Arriving after your scheduled appointment time will take away from your treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 15 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Pearl Aesthetics we have a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in to respect both our clients and our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

All Injection/Medical Appointments:
15-30 minutes – $50
30-59 minutes – $100
60+ minutes – $150

All Laser Treatment Appointments:
Any Laser Service – $75

If a client is a no show or has cancelled within 24 hours once, the client will be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The pre-paid amount is nonrefundable if the policies are again violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited to your account for future services.

We respect our Providers’ time and last-minute cancellations do not allow us the ability to book another client who may benefit from your original appointment time. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Our policies ensure the ability for our team to continue to provide the highest quality service for all our clients and provides value to our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

Children Policy

Here at Pearl Aesthetics, we absolutely love babies and children but Pearl Aesthetics is not the place for them. This ensures the safety of your children, a relaxing environment for all clients, and allows us to maintain cleanliness in the treatment areas.​

Personalized, Natural Results

Every neuromodulator treatment at Pearl Aesthetics is highly individualized. We try our best to ensure dosing based on your individual anatomy, proper placement, and precision to achieve results that are subtle and natural. We also choose our neuromodulator products in able to ensure natural results.
